Do you have to have a credit card/debit card to do this?

Answer:you need a credit card to make the reservation AND you will need to have a credit card at the time of check-in for incidentals. However, you can use cash to pay for the room itself.
Answer:Typically yes. That's really the "only" way to secure your spot. Others will let you fax them over you Driver License & your signature in leu of using the credi card route. Every hotel is different of course, but good luck & I hope this helps!
