How do I use my Vanilla pre-paid Mastercard?

but im not reeeeeally sure of how to use it. (for online purchases)
Do I just type in the card information?
Because I need to type in my billing information, but I mean it's a pre-paid card, do I just do it anyways?
Also, for a pay pal account, I entered all of the card information but I don't how to get the $25 on to the paypal account. help?
Answer:Paypal doesn't accept prepaid cards. If you are trying to use it on a website, you will have to make sure the purchase is under $25 (if so you can continue). You enter your information, the billing address will be the same as your address.
