I just got back from the grocery store. The clerk mistakenly gave me back the signed store copy of my credit card receipt. Does that mean I didn't pay it or did it go through on my card anyway?

Answer:You paid!!

Answer:You paid but now their records are going to be a little off. It's no big deal it's completely fixable on their end if their records get messed up. But you don't need to worry about it. You were still charged for your groceries.

Answer:Yep, you still paid. The signature is an archaic way of authorizing the charge. But in this day and age, the CC company never sees your "signed" slip.

Answer:you payed, because it went to your account at the time of purchase

if your account was no good your purchase would of been rejected

Answer:It still went through, trust me!
