last time i bought an item in ebay with paypal my balance in paypal didnt changed and i havent received my item,and now i want to buy from newegg and i want to make sure i pay with the current balace from paypal not from my credit card,can someone help me?

Answer:paypal will always go to the paypal account FIRST then it will go hunt for more

if you dont have enooguh in your paypal account

like lets say you have $50.00 in paypal and you buy something for $25.0

paypal will just send that $25.00 as your payment and your paypal acccount

will now be $25.00 your credit card is never touched

now here another example

lets say you have $25.00 andd you buy something for 30..0

now since you only have $25.00 in paypal then paypal will then go to your funding source

(in your case your credit card) and charge $5.00 on it

thats how that works

also note if your paypal accoiunt is zero the entire amount will come from your funding source
